This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Now I have two burners.. All of a sudden neither works, I goto device manager and I update, uninstall, reinstall, I did everything I could possibly do. Now I did a search online about this infamous Code 10 as well and no help there either... So im calling up on my fellow Wckediden members to help... thanks

try and do i system resotre to a date it was working. Also Shutdown the pc. Unplug the power cord. open the pc and unplug all the power connections to hard drive, floppy, cd/dvd drives, etc. Then wait 1min and plug them back and and close up the pc and boot it up. One of these should help you. Also! Do the drives lightup when the pc starts, like are they getting power? When windows is loaded, do the drives lightup or open and close??
