you need to either click on the attachment at the bottom of the post, or the link also near the bottom, download it...then once you have it downloaded you need to run either activesync or windows mobile device centre (depending on whether you have xp or vista) then you just drag the file onto your phone. then you need to go into file explorer, and extract the files to the folder program files/s2u2/gfx

Although... I do have a problem sometimes with s2u2 where the locked image distorts (shows only part of it) and I can't use the slider to unlock... The only way then to unlock is to pull the stylus out. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be because the images are too big? They're 108kb and 75kb, respectively. Or maybe Gyrator 2 screws it up? It drives me crazy sometimes. I love the app but if I can't find a solution, I'm going to have to uninstall it.

Yes, you will need to have one of the following programs and then you can set your s2u2 settings to display the current weather.
HTC Weather - Swcked Weather - Pocket Weather - Manila 2d Weather or Weather Panel.
