[SOLVED] Quick question about text messages

ok this is simple but i never knew the answer, should text messages be deleted? does it matter or slow up your ppc if you have hundreds of text saved? get at me

I always erase once I get about 400. It will eventually take up room and slow down but not for a while. Texts are not that big. Please correct me if I am wrong.

o ok cuz i got about 600+ in my inbox and outbox and was just wondering, but ima just delete them all at this point

Yesn texts take up sapace and eventually slow the ppc down.. When the phone loads the text messages window, it would have to load all the 600+ texts between outgoing and the inbox. That will slow the ppc down.. Delete texts once every 2 months or when the inbox and outbos is rediculiously full!!

I have never went long enough without a flash or a hard reset to get 600 TXT messages saved up LOL!!!!

damn i had over 20,000 text messages on my phone.... i havent hard reset my phone in months..... still running my custom rom.
