Here is a breathtaking emulator of SEGA's console. I have tested the image quality and the ROM usage and found them both impressive. It worked Perfectly with my Tilt.

Unzip Pocket Genesis and run on phone, unzip roms and run roms through the emulator

will this work on my htc touch? I tried it and all i get is a black screen when i try and start a rom.............are there any settings i need to change before i start a rom?

you need to add the roms to the same folder ass the app itself...... nad most likely not due to the fact of lack of hard buttons and or keypad.

so u went to file and load cart? as dash said the roms must be in the same folder, and the lack of buttons might not work on the touch but try it any ways cuz i use the dpad (also UNZIP the rar files for the roms in the same folder as the emulator)

did you go tothe bottom softkeys and go to load rom? i havent used an emulator since i had my treo 700WX so im not sure if they have changed something. so if that doesnt work i would say wait for someone that uses this to chime in.

ok...but u went to load the cart right? and loaded a rom....the screen will be black with three drop downs "File" "Video" and "Help" go to file life and "load cart" and select the rom

having the same problems on the vx6800 and the mogul, i get a black screen with the keyboard icon at the bottom right (the icon that is usually in the middle of the bottom of the screen used to change the keyboard style) and it will just freeze, could there be a setting that is causing this? or a compatability issue with the 6800 model? Methinks that the tilt is almost the same phone...

mmmmm could be that it doesnt work correctly on mogul since multiple people are saying the same thing.

try searching for a pico drive. that's what I use to play sega on my mogul

ya for those having trouble with sega emulator get pico driver its so much better it has the control right on the screen for you.

yeah i have tilt and picodrive. ok so i downloaded alot of games and made a folder in the picodrive folder called "GAMES" but when i load the roms, it just turns black. any suggestions? like put games out of the folder? i mean i see the sega buttons and all but no game.. help would be appreciated

This is my first time trying this. I have the sega genesis emulator, sonic , and pico driver all in the same folder on my SD card. When I open the emulater I get black screen, I went to "file" and then "load cart". it's not recognizing the game. this is as far as I got. I read the thread at least three times and there is nothing to help me. Can someone help me, do I need to download something else or what? Please bare with me, thanks!!

I actually tried that, I moved it in and out the folder, to different places on my card, nothing seems to work. I'll keep messing with it and let you know later what happened. Thanks!!

Ok dash, I half way figured it out. Well I was stupid and didn't unzip file to get the game, so now it recognizes the game but when I run the game, the screen just stays black. I think its because I don't have the picodriver installed correctly, in fact, I don't think I have the correct one. The driver I have is a .sis file that I just placed on my card, but never actually installed the driver. There are so many drivers out and I don't know which one. Some says its for PSP, Nokia or Eccerson phones. How do I get the right one? Thanks for the help.

well your going to need one that says it works for the ppc....... google would be the best route to gho or the attached works on there with no problem from the first post.

I did exactly that, but when I went to load cart, only sonic the game shows up, I click on that then I'm just stuck there on black screen. My issue I think is with the driver, I've downloaded a few and nothing works. I can't install them, so I place the file in the folder with emulator and games on my card but nothing actually installs. Think I'm giving up on this, been messing around 4 too long with this, thanks for the help.

yea i believe the problem seems to be wit the mogul cuz i play this everyday in class while other r playin tetris and solitaire (im to cool for skool) hahah jk yea wish i could help more but its outta my hands good luck

make an own sperate folder for it and install the emulatorand games and all that in that folder and put that folder on ur card.


thats the best way to work i tried to move to the games folder on my device and it didnt work the emulator didnt recgnize the games there until i moved it back to my storage card
