Phantom Text and E-Mail Notifications
 

I have the Mogul, with the standard Sprint Rom, and have had a notiffication of a new text message for a couple months now, even though it is nowhere to be found on the phone. I tried every reasonable approach to remove it without luck. I then called Sprint for support and had no luck. I was told to take it in to a sprint service center, but I'm concerned they will just reset everything I've spent all this time setting up on my phone. Two days ago I got a new phantom message in my g-mail account that I can't get rid of. If anyone else has dealt with this I would love to hear how to correct it.

been discussed before please search in the future. send yourself an email to the account and than delete it and it will go away and the same for the voicemail.......

Yes, I read everything I could find on this site and many others. I've even tried the approach you suggested with no success. No matter what I try I still have a phantom Text and E-Mail that I can't clear out of my phone. I am going to try and just delete the g-mail account from the phone, but eve if that works I will still be stuck with the text. Any other suggestions are appreciated
