[SOLVED] DASH help anyone help
 

Hello DASH,

After unlocked and ROM update competed, my Sprint mogul htc 6800 restart and hang at the htc smart mobility logo. not sync need to WM6.1 ROM into the mogul. Tried everything I can thank of and don't I don't want to make it worse, please help, anyone? What do I do next?

please be more informative, what rom did you upgrade to? and make sure you have sprints 3.35 rom before you upgrade to any of the custom roms here. if you need more help look in my sig on how to flash to a rom.

I've updated to 3.35.04
now when I turned my mogul on, it turns on and show the htc smart mobility and the red text rom version on the bottom of the b/w logo and for a few second after the red text dispeared, the logo does not and it hang at the htc logo as you first turned on.

These are the steps I've done,
1. sync the mogul
2. Hard-SPL-MFG.exe (completed success)
3. titan_radio_3.35.04.exe (completed success)
4. my mogul just rebooted itself to the screen "htc" logo and "smart mobilty" under the logo as I've stated above, so I could not write the rom WM 6.1 into my mogul because it just freezed at the logo as you first turn on.
5. when I ran the buildOS it does not give me a chance write the WM 6.1 into it, because it just hang at the beginning of the boot up logo so I cannot usb sync to my pc.

I've tried to reset, take out the battery, I couldn't get the usb to sync so I cannot write the new WM6.1 into it. It just hang at the boot up logo. Please help anyone? Thank you so much in advance for any help.

it was updated to 3.35.04

this is what i did, (1)Hard-SPL-MFG done successful (2) titan_raido_3.35.04 done successful but than the mogul rebooted into the htc logo and show the red text on the bottom of the screen and for a second, the red text (rom ver info) dispeared but the b/w htc smart mobility didn't and it just seem freezed at the logo. The mogul does not usb sync anymore so I cannot buidOS write the WM6.1 into my mogul. I've tried the battery out and reset but nothing seems to work. Please anyone HELP, what are my choices?

ps. and yes, I do have the insurance with Sprint for my mogul.

This is what I did, "Hard-SPL-MFG" and than "titan_radio_3.35.04" after that than my mogul just reboot and hang at the htc smart mobility logo, yes the red text show the version info comes on the bottom of the screen for a second than went away. but the htc logo still seems freeze there on the screen.

why are you unlocking for a stock 3.35 rom? thats your issues...you talk of 6.1 and kitchen but those are not stock..if you want help you really need to be more clear and specific as to what you are using...

yeah didnt you follow the steps in my signature for flashing the rom????? and give us time to repond no need to psot the same thing 4 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! next time will be an infraction.
