iphone home plug-in icons...
 

after looking around...(trying to, atleast) i couldnt find any icons to go with the iphone home plug in, all i could find is mike20pr saying he resized dash's. so are there icons in the site, or do i have to make my own?? and if i have to make them what are the pixels so i can get started and share them with everyone else...

you can find many of them there some in the torx iphone thread some in the ifonz threads and than theres my htc home icons thread with more icons.

cool thanx. the htc home icons ur talking about,are they different from the ones u have in the hhc? i believe theres 3 different sets in that, i could b wrong its 2:45am in cali...so also if i do wanna make my own icons what pixel size would they b? sorry if im not posting in the right place, like i said b4... its to early 4 me.

the thing is that since i dont have a icon making program yet and i cant trim the black edges in the icons which i hate, anyway if anyone does have that program (which im gonna get later today) the dimentions must be 32x32 and in BMP format (using the provided ones as a guide) so if you beat me to it please share (im going to do a resize test to see if a slightly larger size will work so it wont look stretched and ugly when you increase the icon size, ill post my batch later today)

here are two batches i made so far but im going to redo them when i can trim the edges, they are small size like the ones that come with the plugin so they will stretch if you increase icon size, a black background will hide the edges.

I have many icons but im still perfecting them so Ill keep testing to make a larger batch with round edges so enjoy in the meantime

well,if I can reply here... if I make anything ill b using adobe photoshop cs3. iv got a lot of themes made, i do graphics all day,my only problem would b getting them to rapid share and posting them. I read some where dash was saying if some one postd enough stuff up that person could bcome an htc staff? if im correct. but anyway,if anyone could provide me with enuff info ill gladly post everthing up... and ill try posting them in the right area.

alright look at the last link in my signature and than sign up for members uploader and than once you do that post them up in the spots you feel is correct and we will move if needed.

program uploaders...subscribe to all if you want... we have to approve it!

i dont think so, you have to apply the membership to be able to upload and share attachments

find it in DASHs signature

yes there is

members uploader- allows you to post apps and new hacks in the applications areas

members software- allows you to download the apps on the site.

FINALLY !!!

after playing around with photoshop like a JUNKIE i made a discovery:
when making icons (atleast to go with the iphone home plug-in) the only way to not have edges is to make the background color pink. not just any random pink it has to be 'FF00FF' im gunna begin to make icons and postem up soon... i just thought id give something back to the site whos help me so much. to make bigger icons save them as 36-40 bmp (also the color: FFFFFF)
