Noob question on roms
 

So I was searching around and found some roms based off of Sprint and Alltell. Does the rom have to match your service provider in order to function correctly? I use U.S. Cellular. What roms are stable enough to use with my Mogul through U.S. Cellular?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to learn as much as I can so I won't be a noob anymore...

just look at the link in my signature it tells you all you need to know you can flash whatever rom you want on your phone made for your phone with the unlocker.
