No, that is a custom rom that he is using. You can find a wm 6.1 rom (kaos take 2 - i recomend) for your mogul in the ROM release section of the board.

search icube in green below the banner!!!! you want the mogul version. you can aslo go to the help desk and than 6800 section and it will be stickied there too.

i'm new to all of this and virtually retarded it seems in getting this iphone theme installed on my mogul. i found a website where i could buy the whole theme and install it but i must have done something wrong because something kept failing and taking me back to the windows theme. can someone please help me and walk me through this? i'm gong to try dash's reply above right now but if someone is bored and would help me i'd really really really appreciate it.

No you do not need 6.1 to run this , I would flash a custom rom and get 6.1 will help your phone
