I can't quite get it to work

I installed to the card. Got the unit Id. Put it into the keygen. Took the 25 character key put it into txt file named sw.unl . put that file in my garmin folder under my storage card. Then i restarted. Still when i start up garmin its brings up the same screen about purchasing am i missing something.
