Memory question
 

Apparently i am 6000 kb or so short of being able to install the new opera mobile ughhhhh fustrating! does anyone know how to free up memory or know what can be installed into the storage card and main memory, i have about 30 or so apps, none on the storage card

look around for the rom exteneder extends the built in memory by either registry editor or cab file never tried it myself but that should help

damn 30 or more!!! i dont even think i have 20 installed. used to have a lot, damn homie you really using that phone as a laptop arent you...lol

lollll!!! im like that also, thats why i have my mogul benched on a welll deserved vacation to make my touch a power device, i want it to perform at its best in every platform so thats why i have like 32 apps installed, all running smoothly and stable

as for the first post, you can install secondary programs to your card such as games and apps that dont run alongside your device system to save memory

nothing wrong with that. i just dont used everything no more so i just put on what i plan on using soon.

I have over 40 applications. YES I use them all and I do have opera installed. I don't know what Dash did to make my phone still have over 14 mg ram & 69.1 device memory. But everything runs smoothe, my phone RARELY freezes. I reset once per day just because I read somewhere to do that and I have no problems at all. I do however, have all my games on my storage card (except the ones Dash loaded for me) and an 8 gb memory card with over half the card used already (i like watching movies & listening to music while the kids are studying lol)..anyway...it is possible to have that many apps or more & still have enough space.

koo ima look into this! can it be found here? my phone runs smooth and fast the 30 or so apps dont slow it down just a memory drag, im just not sure what to put into my stoarge card, i dont have any games, i have a xbox 360 for dat (lol)

thats all on the phone !! none on the card, i have no problems with the phone its pretty fast, battery is fair! i just need to know what can be moved into the storage so i can make some room since all of ya got room for dayz lol, i need this new opera! PS i love you guys for all this good shit!!

calc skin and uitweaker are the only i would trust on the storage card.

thanks for the heads up! with the list above should i be having this problem installing the new opera?

my stoarge total is 152.21 mb in use is 138.71mb free =13.50mb

my program total is 105.20mb inuse 40.90 free = 64.30

hell naw on the touch you dont even have to worry bout moving any to the storage card you have plentyyyyy of space.
