to use the skin, you need a application like Total Commander to modify the settings.ini to the following

for the iphone skin (modify setting.ini to use like_iphone skin)
for the OSX skin (modify setting.ini to use OSX_colored skin)

Update** CAB install for pple having trouble (this will override the default skin)
