Help me with these color cube themes

ok i saw this over @ XDA http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=372946
and i was wondering if anyone with more experiance or knowledge know a simple way for me to install one of these skins on my cube on my sprint touch. the instructions on the site seem choppy to me, thanks and who knos this might be new for other to enjoy as well thanks

these are for the gsm touches and not the cdma vogues.....
