Ok I want and got this update this week, Installed both the full version and trim version. The os was slow and delay delay delay, I finally flashed it back to standard WM5 and it runs great. The kitchen rom program used to configure you own custom rom is not bad. But the treo is just to slow and lags so bad that its not quite there yet. :Flush:

i run it on my treo without troubles.... i have it overclocked though. :>

Hey Dash, are you running exchange active sync on that bad boy. I thought about over clocking. I do on my mogul I think I might be afraid to try to overclock, Have you had any issues with EAS and text message with the ROM? or getting any for that fact. Also I notice after I did the upgrade there was a take 3 update. Did you give that one a world. I am assuming you are on sprint! :)

yes im on sprint and i did this the first day it cam eout... and yes i use EAS through mail2web.

naw the lag was gone and is running pretty smoothly.... and what do you mean why did i switch back? i have soooooo many phones bro i just switch all the time to keep it fresh.... besides lately when i have been hooked on the touchpro.

it has to be the 700 WX and the link in the ifrst post tells you everything step by step. please read that and that will guide you with what you need.

I'm trying to flash my bro's sprint 700wx to this WM6.0 ROM. I've looked everywhere i could about how to do it and every site says to flash using an SD card.... well I don't have one. is that something that i NEED to buy to do this? Or is there a way to do it through my desktop? I've downloaded the .nb0 file but there isn't an RUU that I could find for the 700wx. soooo, please help? thanks!

the RUU wont be found since it has to be flashed by a card no larger than 2 gigs and you have to format the card to FAT

ok so i've now got a memory card. i know how to do the whole flashing thing... but do you have to leave the mem card in with the ROM on it all the time? or do u flash, and then you can take the card out?

after you flash you can delete the file from the card and add your cabs, music, etc to the card.

Hi and Welcome to the site please post in member introduction first. Then I would suggest read the thread on how to flash a rom We really don't give much support on this but google is your friend.

yea i have tried that but with no luck... im new to this phone and threads im really just wanting to find out how to do anything new to the phone because the os and themes are lame do you know of anything i could do and how???

read around here bro this is countless and thousands of thousands of things out htere for windows mobile.... you have a disadvantage being with the 700wx since you have the square 240X240 resolution which makes it hard to find working apps. i would recommend that you follow the link that goku gave you above since in the members intro area you will get very important replies with certain links that will help you.

its all programs from here.... i name them all off... if you use the search features you can find those apps.... but the main app with the user interface is called ultimate launch and can be found at the link below.... the rest app wise is to your liking and what you use.... make it your own and make it original... we have almost 10,000 apps and games you can look through.... remember to make sure that they are square/240X240 compatible for ppc.
