Description:
SetVolume is a finger friendly volume changer.
You need to start the tool manually or add a shortcut in the startup folder.

Features:
- Open using volume hardware buttons if running in background.
- To change volume use the + / - buttons or swipe with your finger.
- Use scroll wheel to change volume.
- Switch between phone and ringer volume.
- Basic skinning support.
- Two skins included: default and touch (I created the touch skin myself and I know it sucks).
- Default skin - set to vibrate by pressing the middle button.
- Default skin - set to mute by pressing and holding the middle button for 2 seconds.
- Default skin - close the app by pressing the upper right corner.
- Touch skin - dedicated mute / vibrate buttons.
- Customizable settings - see settings.ini.
- VGA support (someone just needs to create a skin).

Todo:
- Open when clicking the volume icon.
- Transparent background.
