Method 1 (patch only): - if you already have the complete iGO8 package, download the archive
containing only the patched executable, license and data.zip.

1. Download, unrar the package and overwrite the executable in your device with the supplied patched one.
2. Replace your data.zip with the supplied one.
3. Place the license file into the \iGO8\License folder. Delete any other license file present in that folder.

Method 2 (full package with iGO8 Ultra skin 2.2) - for users installing iGO8 for the first time, or from scratch.

Installation from an SD Card:
1. Download and unrar the content of the archive to your SD Card.
2. Insert the SD Card, iGO autorun should pop-up. Follow the onscreen installation instructions.

Installation from Internal Storage (HTC Diamond users):
1. Unrar the content of the archive into your Internal Storage
2. Rename application.dat to iGO8.exe
3. Open SYS.TXT file located in your IGO8 directory and add the following section to it:

UPDATE 1 - Nav N Go iGO8 v8.0.0.41506 - Israel fixed

- seems Nav N Go has blocked Israel (and maybe some other maps too) with the WW license, the patch below removes this protection.

UPDATE 2 - Autorouting & POI not showing up issues

- iGO does not load older POIs because of compatibility issues not because of blacklisting. I decided not to patch this check because of possible stability issues.
Please update your MAP/POI pairs to newer version and this will solve your problem.

Finally I wanted to thanks to all beta-testers and other ppl who helped with supplying the software. Also thanks flies to linknet for creating
the amazing iGO8 Ultra skin (included in the full package) and to all others who supported me from the first time.

So is this basically a new version that fixed the time bug? I can't really see any other differences in the description, and I already fixed that bug. It looks like they may have made a couple of aesthetic changes too.

so now after i installed this, it put my clock back 18 hours of what it actually is...lol...wtf

**this changed my time zone to GMT London, Dublin. switched back to the real time it is here. kinda funny and worrying and first to see EVERYTHING change time wise

If you don't mind, the patch files need a rehost, rapidshare and mediashare are both broken and that other strange one, doesn't get past 4 megs or so.

Bro, unless someone else had the same issue you're having, you'll have to be more specific. Tell us what exactly it is that you can't do within the application...

i use sprint pcs and i heard if i use the gps i will be charged for it. does that mean if i use this software i will be charged? also i have the sprint touch

You will not be charged. The charge is for using Telenav/Sprint Nav. The GPS is a 1 way communication in essence, so there is no way that they could know you're using GPS unless you need to use their Sprint Nav software...

You do have a GPS enabled rom on your Touch though correct? If not, you're wasting your time....
