switch wing to 6.1 works great..but myfav?
 

Ok, i switch my wing to 6.1 and im impressed by how much smoother it is. anyway i have two problems..
1-how do i turn on data connection? its not able to be turned on or off. i cant find a option anywhere.
2-My Fav (tmobile) is not loaded on. how can i put it on? is it as simple as finding a installer for it? havnt been able to find any info on this.

any help would be great

for the data it will be under the comm manager and for the my fav it has to be buit into the rom and might not be in the release of the rom that you are using thus making it not installable...

i looked in com manger.. it doesnt let me turn it on... its greyed out.. and im using the ASERG.12.WM6.1E.WWE rom.. is there a way to edit the rom to have it or is there a rom you suggest with 6.1 that has myfav in it?

on your data im pretty for sure you have to go to settings/connections and fix it from there under internet connections..not positive but when i flashed my buddys wing it had the same problem and the instructions to fix were similar to that. on the fave you could find a program like face contact to size up to the 5

but will tmobile take the minutes used out when i talk to a "myfav" contact or will it work right... thats my main problem with not having it.. i dont care bout the looks..i just want those 5 contacts to not take minutes out.

yeah.. i guess it will be something i just need to test come monday when it either comes out of my minutes or doesnt... now if it does come out of minutes.. is there a 6.1 rom that has myfavs that u know about?

I have never seen a rom with My Favs either but from as far as i can tell from my bill it still shows that I have been using My Fav minutes. I can still set up my My Favs on tmo's web site.

than you should be straight i think that the plugin is just an easier and quicker way to dial aka speed dial.
