* Download the file,
* Make sure that you have an ActiveSync connection with your pocket pc
* Copy the EnableRapi.cab file from the Utils folder to your device
* Execute the EnableRapi.cab file on your ppc, confirm all steps with OK
* Execute lokiwizMSL.bat on your desktop PC
* On your desktop PC, you will be presented with the SIM unlock code. Write it down
* Power down your pocket pc and replace the SIM card with a different one.
* After bootup, you will be asked for the unlock code. You wrote it down didn't you? Enter it, and your SIM lock will be removed.

does this allow the phone to be used with other companies like t mobile?

yes but you need to be gsm and your cdma with your mogul and it can only be used on the wizard!!!!!! thats why it says wizard!!!!!
