Touchflo gone
 

I woke my touch up yesterday to find out that the screen would not work. All the hard buttons work but nothing on the screen. I went into the program section on my phone and the touchflo icon is gone from the bottom. Anyone got an ideal how to fx it? or is it time to get a new one? I've backed up all my info & did a hard reset but now it is stuck on the screen alignment. Thanks for any help.

so u already hard reset? cuz sometimes a simple soft reset puts back the icons the programs in the right folders/areas

try flasing your rom again to restore everything, press and hold the power, camera, and soft reset buttons to get it to bootloader. ind if the problem remains then the device is faulty

Hey Mike, i did that and it took me to a screen that is red, green, blue and white with serial on the bottom. what is it suppose to do after that? Thanks.

yes that is the screen i mean. now connect the usb cable and it should say USB in the bottom, now find a stock rom and run the .exe and follow instructions till the update is complete (IMPORTANT TO TAKE OUT THE BATTERY FOR ONE MINUTE AND HARD RESET AFTER YOU ARE DONE FLASHING) i recommend the latest official 3.42 sprint rom so you have all the updates
