Read the rules. so here it is:

I enter the offers into our system and today realized this will be the first time we are offering the touch for free with a new plan. It should be on the site sometime tomorrow but if not go ahead and ask questions / i'll inform you guys when its live. If i didn't just get my mogul i would have def. gone for this deal.
