Mogul mic doesn't work
 

Just received my Mogul today but have a serious problem when trying to make calls. The mic on the phone does not work at all. The other parties cannot hear me and the reception has alot of static. If I plug in the headset the phone then functions correctly and the static goes away. Did I get a bunk phone or is there a setting I should change?

got yourself a bunk ass phone bro some hardware issue is going on with the phone..... you got insurance on the phone?

before you try insurance i would attempt to flash the stock rom just incase off of htc's site....I've had that happen with roms before....maybe it was reflashed at factory or if its refurbished and it was a bad flash....if not its bunk

Reflashed with the rom on the HTC site, still the same problem. Now when I try to make calls it tells me welcome to verizon wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed. I have Sprint not verizon. Purchased the phone new in box off ebay from a seller with good feedback. Will email him and try to get this resolved.

yea definately do so because it does have hardware issues than.
