Skype over 3g?

hi,

i'm interested in skyping over the 3g data plan specifically, not just wi-fi.

i'm interested in true voip with a dedicated inbound number and the ability to call out to landlines and cell phones.

i'm interested in SKYPE (or any other application if skype don't work over the data plan from SPRINT on the HTC TOUCH, or if the touch cannot, any sprint phone.

i am looking for any success with that application over 3g data. if not directly thru skype mobile, then thru one of the 3rd party clients, iskoot, fring, nimbuzz, shape, cellity or any others perhaps? i appreciate everyone's time and want to thank all in advance for recommendations that have actually been successful over sprint 3g data?

first of all i edited your number out of the post and and 3-g internet isnt through cdma and you said sprint so you lost me.
