Sprite Backup
 

I flashed my phone to OMJ's 3.03.04 WM6.1 Custom Touch ROMs and tried to restore my contacts and messages and emails and it didn't work but it restored my other programs. Is there anyway to get my contacts back or do i just have to put them back in manually.

well seeing as you didnt use a contact backup program before you flashed and a flash wipes all the memory on your phone no there is no way to back up your contacts now

I use sprite backup to back my files up before i flashed. I haved flashed to a different rom before and use this program and it put my contacts back.

sounds like you didnt click the box to include them this time.... you can always go to an old backup that you have restore and than get the contacts backed up and than reflash the rom and you will be fine.

how do u know if its backin up contacts?

you check the area of the phone or if you did a full backup it will automatically be included.
