HTC plugin custom icons?? help

hey i got the HTC plugin but i was wonder how do you change the icons to colorful ones? i seen others have it but i been reading and trying to find it..

the best way to do this is to get HHC Home Customizer, you can use this app to download and apply different backgrounds, icons, clocks, and weather icons
