vibration settings for htc touch
 

this is my first post... i've done plenty of searching but was wondering if you can change the vibration setting on the touch cause if i receive a text it vibrates nonstop until the ringtone is over. is that the only setting or can you set it to pulse or whatever

i dont have a touch so i cant help u there but id start off by using a shorter ringtone... i actualy like the HTC DIAMOND SOUNDS..

you were right, i shortend the length of the ringtone and its not as annoying wish it had the pulse option though

the only other option i think you could use is the "vibrate then ring"...the reason i say that is, the phone gives a 2 vibrate pulse, then rings...i use it for my texts, and its not so bad..

yeah, but ifthe touch is anything like the mogul, u can have a RING TONE for calls and a seperate ALERT for incomming texts...
