Mogul wont work
 

was trying to get ultimate launch to work but now no buttons on phone will work... when i touch screen backlight will respond but not anything else..soft reset wont do anything... and cant hard reset cause buttons dont respond

bro ultimate launch wont make the buttons not work..... i would try a soft reset and while booting try to do a hard reset... you set up the ultimate launch wrong and that made this happen..... we clearly went over in the video that you have to make sure the activesync box isnt checked....... let me know how this works for you.

it didnt di anything just keeps soft reseting

thats because you dont have the correct radio or bootloader on your phone.... press and hold the camera button and the power button while you soft reset with the stylus and tell me is it says coke 2.40.. if not thats the trouble and also look at the red letters when it boots and tell me what it says next to the R:...... alsos what rom do you have since you should be posting in that thread and should have looked in my signature for the step by step tutorial on flashing roms.

when i soft reset while holding camara and power it says

TITA100
SPL-1.07.0000
CPLD-9

and at boot up next to R

1.47.01

and as the rom goes i havent touched it so its the one the phone comes with.

i dont understand why the buttons wouldnt work...... sounds almost like a hardware problem.
