Cant Connect to Internet when connected to activesync

When my phone is plugged into the computer or on activesync or whatver, the phone cant connect to the internet. How do I solve this?

thats becasue you phone is trying to tether with your computer........... its doing that so you wont be charged the tethering rates through sprint.
