HTC TOUCH (Sprint) upgrade

I keep getting this message when I try and download the HTC TOUCH (Sprint) upgrade. "Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 55 seconds before you may download another file", but I haven't downloaded any files today.
