first of all, you need to get permission to join the software group located at the bottom of the page, forum permission. that will get you started

Thanks D/\SH & TweetyBear! I have just requested permission to join the Software group & am looking at an annual VIP membership. Is this the way to go?

all you gotta do now is wait for permission. about the annual vip, you can access vip areas with it.
