Buttons not working
 

ok i need urgent help
my RED, GREEN, and CAMERA BUTTONS are no longer working although when i press my red and green buttons the lights still come on just their fuctions no longer work i did a reset and everything is there a way to fix it so i dont have to send it in for warrenty???? :soer_01::soer_01::soer_01::soer_01::soer_01::tris te::triste::triste:

try a hard reset go to your settings and go to system restore i think it is to do it manually..... cna someone please give direct steps to this i dont have my phone by me right now to double check.

jsut look for system restore or something similar under the settings and most likely system.

ok i have done this but also i have been searching online and people have said that it is because of the fact that the rom that tells the buttons what to do isnt working b/c the buttons still light up when i press them

well can be but you still facing this issue???? if so be sure to go to start/settings/system/clear storage and that will do a hard reset..... could be you deleted the files in the windows folder or the registry on why they arent working... if the hard reset doesnt fix it most likely you have hardware troubles.
