It probably would be a good idea for all to try to ensure that you hear whatever McCain or Obama have to say in its entirety, rather than listening to whatever newscasters, et al, tell you what they are saying or have said.

Nothing gets me pissed off more than when I'm listening to McCain or Obama speak, and some egotistical, one-way or the other-leaning, "newsperson", thinking that whatever he or she has to say is more important for me to hear than what McCain or Obama are actually saying, chimes in to tell me what I'm hearing at that very moment... thanks, like I need your biased, and oftentimes uneducated, insight.

I usually go ballistic at that point, yelling at the TV to just let me hear what they have to say -- I do not need you (the newscasters) to tell me what they are saying based upon your interpretation or political leaning! I have a mind of my own and certainly do not need you to explain things to me.

Later, if I want to verify any statements expressed, I go to http://factcheck.org/ and see if my interpretation is in step with the facts, not what news or entertainment programs are telling me what to believe as fact.

dude ummm... wow that was very, how should i put it. political... ya thats it political. this is a free country and its awesome to see some one who can think for himself, really it is. but im just wondering are you just itching to debate? because thats what it sounded like. you like dissed on the whole public and the media to. i mean thats cool if you are but this is a phone website ya know. take that however you want. oh and the thread is about mcain and obama... not you and the media...ok im done now.

Wow you can take this thread how ever you want? Just like any other thread it will have some life for awhile then fade away. Im not even that political. I thank you for your opinion tho. If senior staff had a problem with it they would have taken it down.

its all good he just seemed like he needed to simmer down a little. if hes that into it maybe he needs to be on a politics site...lol. i just felt like rippin him a little. itll be fun to see when he reads it tomorrow what he replies. if thats what you want in this thread tho let it rain like he said. i may even jump in and sparr a little, but only if there is nothing else interesting to look at on the site...lol

i must say palin is one hot ass chick.... BUT from knowing what i know. mccain is wack. if you ever seen any of his interviews or heard about some of the sht aout him.... no way in hell. aka

put out a bunch of ads he shouldn't have about obama then when put on the spot about it his response was because obama denied

in my opinion he only chose palin as his runing mate fer some booty... which i don't blame shes pretty fackn hot
