How would I find out if I have NET Compact Framework v2.0 or higher

or so im new to this and I put "NET Compact Framework v2.0" in the search bar results brought back nothing and I was looking at getting the SMS Nuke but.... it said I need NET Compact Framework v2.0 or higher how would I find this out on my HTC Touch?
