HTC Camera Tweaks
 

Hey whats up people. Just curious as to know if anyone has any camera tweaks they know of to take better photos. I've toyed around with different setting and nothing thats made any real improvements. The tables open to any suggestions you may have. Peace out peepz.

Well forgive me for the inconvenience. Though I do understand bandwidth problems from moderating a forum of my own long ago, I was under the assumption it was appropriate for the discussion area. My apoligies.

no tweak for pictures that i know of, but there is one for better videos if you are interested

Absolutely. Videos in paticular are of in desperate need in my oppinion. Some things are just not captured by pictures alone. It would be nice to have the convenience of the possibility of somewhat average video capture in your pocket for those unexpected moments you'd like to keep with you. I'm up for anything. Try this registry tweak...


Increase the Quality of the Video the camera takes :

HKey Local Machine\Software\HTC\Camera\ReParam\MP4Large (or Medium or Small).
Change the FramRate value from 10 to 19
*don't exceed 19

I recall doing this with my previous phone but I believe it slowed it down a bit. That was one with not quite the ram as the Mogul though so I'll give it a try. Funny I had forgotten about it. Thanks a lot bro.
