Locating Comm Manager Folder

Wondering if some one might be able to tell me how to find the Comm Manager Folder. I went through windows and found the images of the one I am using but would like to find the entire folder and the source code.

I am using the stock WM 6.1.

I also dl one skin but don't like the background, was able to find all the image in the windows and got it to match the theme I am working on, now I would like to figure out how to pack it up but there is one problem that I think see the source for it.

I hope you understand what I am looking for now..lol
