the files seem to be all over, how do i know what goes in "icons" or "Bg" in htc hhc customizer? i got the clock down pack but not the rest

just drop all the files for htc home in my device\htc home worked for me, you just may have to re-install htc home if you wanna go back, but from the looks of this you wouldnt wanna, i jsut got this for the startup and wm player but has worked for me b4

i downloaded this and i put all the files in the htc home but nothings changed.. how do i even change the windows media startup player

well the thing is if u have all the icons?pngs and there named correctly all u need to do is overwrite all the icons from the original htc hhc, copy paste in the "windows" folder in files and u sholud b good.. one other thing if u dont want to soft reset turn off the htc home b4 u swap images then once ur done adding them turn it back on:start/settings/personal/today/items..

WOW!! is thereanyway the icons can be mis labeld? can some one who knows the labels let me know and ill see when i can re name.. as said b4,after installing htc home and hhc i copy paste all themes straight to windows folder...

bro its simple all the stuff it is saying in the first post that can be skinned has to be installed first... than you follow the steps in the first post.... i dont know what part you are messing up on since you arent giving any info to work with......

I placed all the icons into the Home customizer, but I am having the same problems nothing is changing or showing up in the home customizer.... please help!

dash i think what hes saying is he installd to the folder but doesnt showup in the hhc... and thats bc the icons arent online.. the best way to run this is to download straight to windows folder....:bravo:

no you should follow the steps throughput this whole thread and download all the files and than after you install all the needed programs overwrite the image files that you download from the first post and overwrite.....

It worked for me. First, make sure you don't have HTC Home running on your today screen. If you do, when you try to overwrite files, it won't let you. Then, go to device/HTCHome/ and what I did was copy and paste the content of folder "Photon Home" and "Photon Home 3tabs" into my HTC Home folder. Copied smoothly. Then for the WMP skin, I went here Device/Application Data/Microsoft/Media Player and do the same- copy and paste the content of "Photon WMP" inside.

I have both themes working.

I know there is a registry hack to make "animated" gif my boot up screen. I saw it somewhere. Will have to find it.

I have posted the folders, but i cant seem to find my htc home folder? im losing my mind right about NOW!!! HELP!!

well you have the touch pro and that doesnt come with htc home on it.... and these are skinned for qcga screen resolutions and you have a vga screen resolution on your device.

please take a moment to look below at the noob guide in my signature.... it will tell you what you need and how to do it as far as zip and rar files.... it will also give you some very useful hints for navigating the site as well..... all the links down there are the main things that are referred to a lot at Wckediden so i would try to become familiar with them so you can get right into things :>

read through the thread it has already beren told... you need to have the apps mentioned in the first post since all that your downloaded from this one is the skins for those apps...... you can find the apps by doing a search and in the future please read through the threads before posting since many of times the info is already there and its there for a reason...... if you fail todo so i will be forced to start issuing infractions which can lead to ban if too many are accumulated. no worries just please try to follow the rules in the future and it will be easier to do that once you get familiar with the links in my signature.
