it plays really low on my mogul i even change the volume 2 high and its still low any ideas

Had me trippin to cause one day they where working fine then just yesterday it was telling me there where out of date. Even tried uninstalling and re installing didnt work. Hopefully this works for me :brows:

Smooth on my mogul but only get 4 songs even with the updates. Not complaining at all but just wondering if anybody else has this issue. Any ideas?

where do we enter registration code? also do you have to have wireless or data for this to work? If so any way to keep songs on device?

no it only works for qvga devices and the diamond is vga.

Damnit I have the internet turned off on the phone right now(can't afford it at the moment) so I can't get this to work, whenever I hit a song it tries to connect to the net.

turn it back on by calling retentions and they will make a deal for around 5 bucks or so for unlimited since they are still getting extra money in their pockets.

naw be like i went through multiple of your "service reps" and have been spun and spun in circles and sick of it........ and give them a story about your net and how it didnt work 3/4 of the time and you would call and it would be fixed after 2 hours on the phone and than it would do it again a few days later..... and build off that and they will give you the data package back for the 5 bucks or so. :>

I've tried entering multiple keys at the register screen and all I get is invalid code. Is there a certain amount of digits that is has to be or can I simply enter "1" or something like that.

try 123456, or 12345678, should work, mines is workin fine

Man, I'm still getting nothing. I've tried two different downloads, and neither of them are giving me anything. If anybody has any ideas, i'd appreciate some suggestions. I've got this suspicion that the answer is right infront of me and I'm looking to hard to see it

jsut try random amounts of letters or even numbers........ it does work and it just a random number that varies by the phone... trust me it works as you can also see from the responces in this thread.

try doing a couple of things...first go in to your comm manager on your ppc and enable the internet connection before you go in to the game and then when you are in the game try doing the song update on the main menu.

are you on a school network or something...or work...cause what other reason would you have for being on a proxy and if you are then its possible because the tcp/ip settings on a phone a bit diff than on a pc....try seeing if you have a proxy manager on your phone and see if it lets you mask it so other programs dont know any better...you might be able to get away with that

also make sure that the wifi is off it will not work via wifi

no to both. im using Cricket internet. Cricket still uses a Proxy on thier service. maybe i should just hook up to a comp. use its Internet?

i just tested again on my touch without any troubles....... i dont understand what woud be causing this to some users..... has to be user error.... can anyone else back me up on this? and we have another version of this if you cant get this to work that i cracked also..... do a search for guitar hero and you will find.

yea i have the other version and didnt even have to go through any registration it automatically started working, but i noticed all the songs are only like half of em. i dont know if that version is just a demo or what but i only get half of the song during game play, but that version works. i want this new one but im having the same issue with the registration code.... :(

correct me of im wrong but isnt the touch pro qvga? or do u mean touch diamond vga? anyway i just read the post and i believe it said QVGA only, so if u have a 'DIAMOND TOUCH PRO' it should work

I have the Touch pro. I tried to install it and it seemed fine but when I try to run it, nothing happens. I thought I read somewhere that the touch pro was vga. thats why I said what I said. If I'm wrong I apologize. Just tryin to figure out why it won't work. It did work on my mogul though, but now that I have upgraded I don't know why it won't.

you are right it is vga and the reason that it doesnt launchis because it doesnt work on VGA devices or square devices like windows powered treos.
