Mogul for Touch Diamond
 

My Mogul is on it's last leg and won't turn on unless someone calls me. I am about to go through TEP for a replacement. Am I able to get a Touch Diamond as a replacement instead of the Mogul?

What are the details of this type of swap if possible.

They wont swap you for Touch pro or Diamond. They give you a new Mogul or offer you a touch or palm. Would have to wait long time before they swapped out for one of those.

i did search several times but didn't find the information i was looking for. all i got was that you would have to wait until all the mogul refurbs run out to get the touch pro.

however, the touch diamond is priced less than the mogul on sprint's website with contract so i was curious about their tep policies. just to be clear then, sprint tep doesn't operate under an equal or lesser value policy right?

this is more of a question about the details of sprint's tep.

they will do the same phone until they are out of them and than the lesser or equal come into play.

What is TEP? I know with asurion they'll only replace with the phone you have, or if they dont have that they'll give you the next model up/down.

TEP stands for total equipment protection. it is through asurion, and they will sometimes give you a different phone if the phone is not available at the time. Sometimes they will offer you a different phone, ie, when my touch broke back in march, they gave me a mogul at my request.

If they do not have the mogul on sprint.com anymore does that mean they are discontinuing that model and are running out of them.

hahaha i do love my mogul. i'll still have it if i get the touch pro hehe. i have 3 total right now including his so changing one out isn't gonna matter
