pro vs diamond memory
 

ok... so while i am waiting for the pro to get here and the diamond to actually come to stores... iv been lookin around at the specs for the the gsm versions. the consensus is that the pro has 228 ram with an expand through microsd up to 32 gigs but that the diamond only has 192 with an internal flash of 4 gigs. my question is since they have the same processor is there a noticible difference in speed between the 2. also wondering if these specs are correct for the sprint versions cuz the could have been reduced?


*** fyi i understand the diff between ram and actual storage memory even tho the post makes it look like i thot the ram could be expanded...my bad***

thanks dash that was helpful... i hadnt seen that one yet. personally tho do you see any difference?... im assuming not. i just wanted to be sure.you do have them both i thot or i wouldnt ask.

isnt this apples and oranges. according to this doc the verizon diamond will have a SD slot and the sprint touch pro will not. Isnt everything we heard to this point to the contrary? At least with sprint. The Sprint diamond will not have SD and the Touch Pro will, or have i read so much info in the past week that i myself am now left dazed and confused :viannen_73:

Hey so does anyone know if the Pro will be able to support 32g SD cards? I've seen lots of yes and no answers and i'm confused..or is is just 8g and 16g?

it will support the 32 gig cards without troubles....
