Att Tilt card reader help
 

ok so im not sure how many people on here have the tilt/kaiser but ive been having problems with mine lately when using an 8gb sdhc card....ive tried one other 8gb card and also a 4 gig and a 2 gig and the 4 gig being a type 6 sdhc...
anyways the problem is that any time i put the card in...formated or not my tilt's touch screen goes crazy...by crazy i mean unresponsive..in a way...if i touch anywhere on the screen it drops down the start menu...the phone works perfect without the card in .....oh and it also works fine with the 2 gig i tried but the 4 and 2 8gig cards make it go loopy...ive reloaded the phone many times now and reformatted the card also....any help would be greatly appreciated...my last resort will be to have att send me a new one but if there is a fix please let me know...

that means your phone wont support the 8 gig card.

the thing is its supposed to support everything up to 32gb....which means it has to be sdhc...and it worked for a while then slowly started acting up...im afraid its my phone im just checking before i call them up.

mmmm could be usually the signs of the card reader bro.... that could even be shot....

see thats what i was thinking but it works fine with the 2gig....strange stuff goin on...idk im debating getting the 16gig just to see if it does the same thing or not :/

:D thanks dude but you are pretty much confirming that i gotta call the suits to try and get a new phone from them....anyone else seen this before let me know!!!

ok so i guess it was the phone because i got a new one in the mail today and it seems to work like a charm!!

cool beans glad that it worked out for you for the best..... thats weird that the card reader would just go like that for the high capacity cards only......
