ROM Questions HTC Diamond

how are u doin today anyway i want to know if you would advise me if i should put a new rom of my phone here what it currently says
Rom version 1.09 Date 8 -4 08 Radio 1.00 hardware 0080 i have neva messed with the rom and trust i read alot of posts about it but my storage mem is low messn with all these tweaks so i see the new roms includes them so what do u suggest thankz for the help
