Mogul wont turn on
 

My phone froze (was stuck on the same screen in the middle of a text). I tried to turn the phone off by pressing the power button, nothing happened. I took the stylus and pressed the reset button on the bottom and the phone shut off. Now it will not turn back on. I removed the battery for several minutes and plugged it into the usb charger. No lights come on when plugged in and all of the buttons are dead.
However, when it is plugged in and I press the reset button on the bottom, a red LED comes on for just a second.

1. Is my phone dead?
2. If it is, can I get it replaced/repaired through HTC under warranty? (bought a few months ago new on ebay.

he cant the phoen wont turn on and it has to be on for a hard reset. hes dealing with the red light of death (same as the white screen of death.) you will have to claim through insurace bro.... hope you got it.

wont turn on at all and the only thing that turns on is the red light when he plugs it in.
