Missing Album Art
 

for some reason when i get to the music tab - my music is missing the album art. and this is what is going on: i first loaded my music through the drivemode, when album art missing i erased and did a mobile device center sync, when album art was still missing i tried a windows media player sync (all my album art, i got with windows media player) and still nothing...any thoughts??

did you use something like itunes to get the album art than sync your device and drag them over?

iwould try going through itunes bro..... uinless someone else can help you.... i dont listen to music or watch movies on the phone but i know what i told you has been a help too many people to get album art on their phones :>

yea that sux.... it all comes down to the way the file way copied to the pc....if the file was copied from the original cd you wouldnt have that issue. if you downloaded the album and the album art doesn't show, its because the file may have lost the codec to apply the artwork... its a shitty process...... nevertheless, i have the same issue.

Do you mean load your music into itunes so it will pull down the album art it finds? OR do you mean iTunes will recognize the Diamond and allow you to sync it?

Has anyone tried using the Sprint Media Center application that comes with the Instinct with the Diamond? It works 50% of the time to pull in the album art.

load it to itunes and get the album art and than drag back to your phone........

thanks and is it possible to use a mp3 tag editor for this, because i wanted to use a custom pic
