Help me figure out this movie title
 

alright, this is driving me NUTS!!!!!

There is a kid (teens) almost dead down in this storm drain type thing in the woods.

What seems to be his ghost is kinda haunting this girl....but it isn't his ghost, because he's not totally dead. He is trying to get her to find and save him.

HELP!!!!
