HTC Vogue Help

Hi, could someone tell me how do i access my windows folder? its not letting me change anything in it, when i try to paste anything in it, is there a way to unlock it to give me access to mod my Splash Screen ? Thanks for any info

in the applications area from the side menu or by doing a search for them using the search feature in green below the banner.... also take a look at my signature for other useful tips.
