memory card question

i was using the og memory card that came with the phone (the dinky 512 mb)

then i realized one day while searching through the phone that the phone was no longer seeing the card. i took it out and put in another one and it sees it fine so it's obviously the card...

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had their card "erased" it's stayed in the phone the entire time but just wanted to ask.

ps is there any way to reformat the little mini memory card or should i give up hope on the 512.

last Question

what is the max memory the sprint Touch can handle?

the touch can handle up to 32 gigs on a card (not even released yet) and that is a common problem with the touch... you will have to get the card adapter and plug it into your computers sd card slot (you can get a usb converter from best buy) and than right click and choose format disk :>
