WOW I think my phone is Dead
 

Well... yesterday my phone started freezing... I got tired of it and done a hard reset... I did nothing to it... no programs or anything....

I got up this morning and decided to put my dashwire on it... so i could have my contacts back.... after installing i checked my contacts... they were there then.... my phone froze :-(

I soft reset it... and every time i do... it sticks on Windows PC Synchronized 11:29 am


Is my phone Dead???

nah i dont think so... what ROM are you on?? STOCK or Custom??

no its not dead....not by a long shot....start by letting us know what your running as my associate mister jew stated.... Then we will be able to better help you diagnose your issue. leading to a hopeful resolution.

Thank you all... LOL... I freaked out b4 i could get an answer... I took it to the sprint store... Guess What!!! I got a brand new phone!!! And the box... and all the contents!!! HA HA I was running stock rom... I had put that touchflo 2D on it... and yesterday it started freezig on me... so I hard reset it.... then today... with nothing on it... it stayed on that screen... I couldnt even hard reset it! Sprint couldnt do anything with it so... they gave me a new one!! They were sooo worried cause they couldnt put my contacts on it... I was like Psshhhh.... Just give me my NEW phone LMAO!! In the future if this was to happen... what can i do to fix it?? And thanx to everyone that was willing to help!!

I was running stock rom.... The last update that sprint put out.. windows 6.1... I am too scared to put custom roms on it.. LOL I will get my nerve up one day! I have been doing a lot of reading and say im gonna do it... then i chicken out!

hahahahahaha you will do it and prolly because of being stock and running out of space on the phone is what is prolly causing the error.

hahahahaha i try you know but some problems are soooo hard to diagnose without actually having the device in front of you and seeing what is going on with it..... and getting to try different things to fix it :>

HA HA Guess what... It just happened again... the same exact thing.... WTH???

I havent done anything with the phone as far as modding it!! Well this morning I tryed to put the HTC Home on it... and it froze!!! B4 I take it back to Sprint... do yall have any ideas??? I might just try to get the Pro... since I am havin such problems with this phone... PS this is the 3rd phone I have been through since Feb.!

Id suggest calling retintions and explain your problem and tell them you want another device because your not happy

Just call and tell them your not happy with the phone because of the issues your having and that you want something that works. If they tell you they will send you another mogul tell them no because the one you have is a pos and what something newer as in the Touch Pro but dont say that @ 1st. If you call and the 1st rep doesn't help you call back and get another rep.
