Not sure how this could be done but great idea

I was wondering how hard or if it can be done but have like a today screen where you could grab it and spin it around in anyway and it will distort then when you let go or take your finger off it snaps back into place kind of like in matrix when neo touches the mirror and then pulls back? I think that would be trick.

Like you would touch the screen with your stylus or finger and you move your finger or stylus around in circles or up/down and the today screen streches where you stylus or finger is then when you let go it snaps back to original today screen?
