Larger pop up app

I was wondering if there was a app that made the pop ups and side menus larger and more finger friendly?

what? im trying to think of what you mean but i dont have a menu that says yes or no come up when i hit a soft key....

I mean when you hit a soft key a menu sometimes comes up lets say google maps and you hit the right soft key and theres a menu that comes up and i was wondering if you could make it larger.And buy yes or no lets say im removing a program and it asks yes or no about a question and i wanted to make that larger and more skinned but is there a way?

Dash like on the touch pro when something pops up like a yes or no type of question the on screen buttons and font are much nicer then the mogul but you said theres nothing like that.

the reason that they are nicer on the touch pro or diamond is because of the screen resolution....
