IMessed Up

MAN I just tried to flash a ROM to my mogul and it froze up on the red green blue white screen and i am lost what should i do please give advise

are you sure does it change to usb when you plug the usb into your computer and phone right? and what numbers does it say on the rainbow screen?

that why 2.49 isnt the right unlocker bootloader for your device..... on the mogul you want the titanunlocker aka hardspl. you can get that at the link below.
