Battery Compatibility - Touch Pro vs Diamond
 

I am hoping Dash see's this in a hurry; however I have found several sites US and abroad (including the HTC Accessory site in the UK) that have Touch Pro 1340mAh batteries (why they dont same for the Diamond as well, i dont know.)

But that is why I am posting. Can anyone who has had both a Diamond and a Pro (cough cough D/\SH!) confirm they are interchangable?

If so this place looks legic and the battery looks exact!

the model # on the phone nearly matches! It is only the last 3 that do not match. I mean even if they are good for a few months, at $9 a pop, i will buy 4! LOL

garbage bro, the serial cant just be a couple off... it has to be exact. and no the batteries are not interchangeable between the models.

Figures. :( I wish they would hurry up and get a battery on the market I can buy. I have seen posts where people have bought near matches and are happy. I have a knock off and it works in a pinch, but i dont need another one. I want a real one. :(

finally broke down and finally found someone in HTC with their 3rd party (UT Star COM) accessories provider (http://www.buywirelessnow.com/utstarcom/) and called them because their website says out of stock.

You can get an OEM replacement battery for $40 + shipping. I ordered mine today! YAH!
